I think it’s safe to say we’ve all been there. You love your friend and you get along with most of their friends…but then there’s that one (or maybe a few) where you’re left thinking, Seriously? What the actual f*ck?
Maybe it’s the friend who monopolizes every conversation, making everything about them. Or the one who thrives on subtle jabs and passive-aggressive comments that leave you wondering if you imagined it. Or maybe they’re a snob. Or straight up rude. Or a downer. Or maybe it’s just a vibe, something about them rubs you the wrong way, and no matter how hard you try, you can’t quite shake it.
And while it’s tempting to vent about it or quietly distance yourself, the reality is that navigating these dynamics can get tricky, especially when these other friends are part of the fabric of your friend’s life.
